‘Sober coaches’ an option for aiding in recovery

As if there wasn’t another way for people to take advantage of a vulnerable population……

This is a great idea, but without sufficient oversight and regulation, just another reason that the Florida Department of Health needs to step in and support DCF in the regulation of what is an overwhelmingly HEALTH CARE issue.
